Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Before returning anything, email support@arkawave.com with your order number. We will reply with the correct supplier return address and return instructions. Do not send a return before receiving those instructions.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, email support@arkawave.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. Arkawave Ionics covers the return shipping cost for these items.
