Where we ship and fulfillment

Arkawave Ionics ships to addresses in the United States and Canada. Products are fulfilled and shipped directly from partner suppliers through Shopify Collective, not from Arkawave Ionics.

Delivery times and shipping costs

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, and peak holiday volume.

Multiple shipments

Items in one order may ship from different partner suppliers and arrive in separate packages on different days.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. For tracking assistance, contact support@arkawave.com with your order number.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact support@arkawave.com as soon as possible so we can ask the supplier whether a correction is still possible.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped to Canada, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless shown as paid at checkout.
